One double bedroom with king sized bed and one twin bedroom with two single beds on first floor. One double bedroom with en-suite on ground floor. All beds equipped with high quality mattresses, pillows and duvets. The downstairs bedroom & en-suite provides access for guests with reduced mobility.

Bathrooms
Family bathroom on first floor with bath and overhead shower. En-suite bathroom adjoined to downstairs bedroom with shower.

Kitchen
Fully equipped modern kitchen with gas and electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Living Rooms
Large open plan lounge and dining area on ground floor, with seating for six people. The dining table folds out to cater for larger groups.

Private Terrace
Patio doors lead from the lounge to a private terrace at the rear of the villa, equipped with BBQ and patio furniture for alfresco dining.

Other
On the first floor there is a covered veranda overlooking the front garden. There is off-street parking available in the front driveway of the villa. A TV and DVD player are provided for the use of the guests. A baby cot and high chair are available for hire if required. Guests are requested not to smoke inside the villa and pets are not allowed.

Maid Service
Bed linens and towels are provided and changed weekly. Additional maid service is available on request. Beach towels are not provided.
